ALIGN is an awareness-based practice designed to support optimal body alignment by improving internal awareness, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation. This work complements Pilates by helping the body organize support from within, allowing movement to feel more connected, efficient, and sustainable.
Rather than focusing on effort or performance, ALIGN emphasizes awareness first — creating the conditions for the body to move with greater ease, clarity, and control.
Each session begins by bringing awareness to the breath and its relationship to the diaphragm, rib cage, and pelvic floor. Breath is used as an organizing tool to support internal coordination and pressure regulation.
Gentle, intentional movement may be introduced to help the body release unnecessary tension and reconnect to support without bracing. From there, periods of stillness allow the nervous system to settle and integrate the work. Subtle sensory input through sound may be incorporated to support regulation and awareness, especially toward the end of a session.
This process is slow, intentional, and responsive — guided by the body’s feedback rather than a fixed sequence.
ALIGN is not a workout, and it is not passive relaxation. It sits between movement and stillness, supporting the systems that allow movement to feel organized and resilient.

ALIGN is appropriate for:
No prior experience is required.
Pilates builds strength, mobility, and control through precise movement. ALIGN supports the internal systems that make that movement feel more efficient and connected.
By improving awareness, breath coordination, and nervous system regulation, clients often experience greater ease and clarity during Pilates sessions and other movement practices.
ALIGN is not a replacement for Pilates — it is an integrative layer that deepens it.
ALIGN sessions are offered:
Each session is guided, intentional, and adapted to the needs of the individual or group.
